"Learn to be Tobacco Free." This is a one hour, three session program where you will learn how to identify your smoking triggers and how to cope.

After a very successful talk here in May on balancing your Nutrition with Fitness, she is returning to talk on how to deal with the holidays and some helpful hints on keeping your eating and weight management under control.
