| The Dolphins Swim Team is a year-round program focusing on stroke mechanics, emphasizing competitive strokes & technique. There are approximately 6 swim meets (home & away) on Saturdays during the winter session, and on Monday & Thursday evenings over the summer session.
Pre-requisites: Must be able to swim 25 yards on stomach and back. Swimmers must be 18 years or under on the swim league cut off dates in order to participate:
Winter Team Age Cut-off: December 1st
Summer Team Age Cut-off: May 31st

The 9 & Up Group
This group is for intermediate and advanced COMPETITIVE swimmers who want to continue their training between the
Winter and Summer swim season. This is not a stroke mechanics class, therefore a minimum amount of individualized
instruction will be provided. Swimmers will do workouts from 3,500–5,000 yards a day.
