incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements.
This creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness
system. Zumba means to "move fast and have fun". The routines
feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination
of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body to
achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning
benefits. Zumba is designed for everyone. Participants of any
fitness level or background can start right away. Zumba's basic
step formula makes it easy for everyone of all ages. You
could burn between 600 to 1000 calories per class! |

Yoga:
The focus is on basic poses (asana) with an emphasis on proper breath control (pranayama), and correct physical alignment modifications. The personal attention and guided instruction provided, will allow the space for a student to establish positive practice "habits" with proper alignment from the beginning. Classes will build on one another providing a challenge for all levels. Your flexibility, muscle strength and balance are increased with this transforming practice. Perfect for the student who is just beginning a yoga practice.
It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing - nothing to close to the neck and something that allows you to move freely. Please bring a small mat. |
