REGISTRATION INFORMATION
 
The purpose of Jaguars Football is to teach the game of football in a manner that is beneficial and enjoyable to the players involved. At the same time we offer the opportunity to play against the BEST & TOUGHEST competition out there! This helps to prepare our young athletes for a future in HIGH SCHOOL football where they will come face-to-face with these same out-of-county teams once again.

Jaguars football will teach players the necessary skills to play football, help them to be involved with a team and develop a routine exercise plan, and allow them the opportunity to PLAY football.

Registration for the 2010 season is April 10th, 2010 from 9am - 12 pm. Registrations are taken on a First Come/First Served basis. (See below for registration fees). Registrations will NOT be accepted before 9 am, April 10th, 2010. There are a limited number of spaces on each squad. Players will be placed on squads according their age and weight. Players will be weighed at registration.

We are accepting applications for players ages 5–14. Age is determined by the players' age as of July 31, 2010. 14 year olds may play, however they must be 20lbs lighter than the maximum weight limit of 165 lbs.

This season our program will be including Younger-But-Heavier (YBH) for ALL squads (as well as our regular Tackle-to-Tackle for the 11-13 squad). Eligible players for YBH are defined as at least 1 year younger than the maximum age of defined squad and 10lbs heavier than max weight for 5/7-7/9, 12lbs heavier for 8/10-9/11, and 15lbs heavier for 10/12-11/13. *5-6 YBH weight max is unlimited*

  $110 $90
     

Registration fees includes use of all equipment (helmet, pads, game pants, etc.) and player participation trophy. Registration fees are non refundable, except in the case of a pre-season injury. A game jersey (which the player keeps) with the player's name and number is an additional fee of $60. Jersey purchase is non-refundable.

You may be eligible for a 100% refund, less the $5 administrative fee, prior to August 1, 2010.

You may be eligible for a 50% refund, less the $5 administrative fee, between August 1-10, 2010.

No refunds after August 10th. No Exceptions.

Refunds are at the discretion of John Kampes.

FUNDRAISER Policy: All program participants are responsible for the $20 raffle ticket fundraiser when you register. You can either sell the tickets for recuperation of your investment or turn in the ticket stubs to participate in the fundraiser.
