Gymnastics Performance Classes: |

| The Gymnastic program is progressive and each session will review skills learned in the previous session and build
on with more challenging skills, variations, and combinations. The 4th session students will practice routines and have the opportunity to participate in an exhibition style performance in April at the YMCA's Healthy Kids Day! All students should wear leotards or comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Students who participate in one class prior to the performance class will participate in the exhibition and receive an award medal. Students who take all four sessions, in either dance or gymnastics and participate in the exhibition will receive an award trophy. 7 week sessions! |

Kiddie Gym (3-4 year olds) |

| Each session explores different themes so students can take the whole year learning
new and exciting things . This "first gym class" for your children builds strength, coordination, and self-confidence in a fun and positive way. We will use large gymnastic apparatus, manipulative objects, rhythm instruments, music and games as we explore new movement themes in each class. 45 Minute Saturday Classes: 9:30-10:15 am

| These progressive classes teach children the basics of gymnastics in two age groups. Each class includes a warm-up routine, review of previous skills and introduction of new skills in tumbling and acrobatics, balance beam, and vault.
One hour Saturday classes: 11:30-12:30 pm

| These progressive classes teach children the basics of gymnastics in this age
group and review previous skills and work on new skills in the areas of tumbling, balancing, and acrobatics; balance
beam; spring board and vaulting. |

Gymnastics Performance Classes |

| These exciting new classes offer the young gymnast the opportunity
to use their skills in an exhibition style performance. Class will begin with a short warm-up, then will concentrate
on practicing choreographed routines to be performed at the YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day on April 16.
Each class will learn a group tumbling routine, individual balance beam routines, and a spring board/vault progression.
