Gymnastics Performance Classes: |

| These exciting new classes offer the young gymnast the opportunity to use their skills in an exhibition style performance. Class will begin with a short warm-up, then will concentrate on practicing choreographed routines. Each class will learn a group tumbling routine, individual balance beam routines, and a spring board/vault progression. |

SPECIAL NOTE: Students should wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict
movement. |

Introduction To Gymnastics |
|
This mini session is an excellent introduction or review -
plus it's the perfect preparation for the Performance workshop to follow. Students will each
complete a personal skills assessment. Then we will go to work polishing what they know and
adding new skills, with emphasis on combinations to be used in performance routines. Includes
tumbling, balance beam, spring board, and vault.
4 Week Session Saturdays5-6 Yr Olds - 10:00-10:45 am
7-9 Yr Olds - 11:00am-Noon
10-12 Yr Olds - Noon-1:00 pm
