| Partners in Training You and a "buddy" work with a personal trainer in a 60 minute session. Both individual's need to be present for each session. Both individuals must be present upon registration.

Personal Training...
Our YMCA Trainers hold national training certifications and reflect the YMCA's mission of helping individuals
reach their fullest potential. Our friendly, experienced trainers are experts at customizing workouts for adults,
older adults and teens with all types of needs including: Weight loss/Toning and Conditioning/Sports Specific Training/Flexibility/Balance and Coordination/Injury and Illness Prevention or Rehab. Here's to your Health! Cancellations are accepted 24 hours in advance. Packages must be paid in full.
Starter Package:
4 week package at $35.00 per session. This package is meant to give you the necessary information to begin a training program. The first step in starting a fitness program. (minimum of 2 sessions per week).
Silver Package:
8 week package at $30.00 per session. This package will help you receive inspired education, specific direction and passionate encouragement to reach your fitness goals. (minimum of 2 sessions per week).
Gold Package:
12 week package at $25.00 per session. Help you achieve the permanent lifestyle change you desire and live life as a rewarding and exciting experience. (minimum of 2 sessions per week).
Premium Package:
24 week package at $20.00 per session. This is the Premium Package that will give you the maximum results. Striving to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them. (minimum of 2 sessions per week).
Single Sessions $50.00. Above prices are for Members an additional $10.00 per session for Non-Members. Pre-payment

This class is designed for 13 year olds and will teach them how to properly use the fitness equipment, cardio equipment, fitness etiquette and safety procedures. Upon successful completion of both written and practical exam, participants will be issued a card allowing access to the fitness center. *Pre-registration is required. |

MEMBERS ONLY! Group Cycling*: This is any indoor cycle journey. A guaranteed cardiovascular workout. Appropriate

MEMBERS ONLY! Cycle & Core*: Cycling and core training is a combo class taught by a certified cycling instructor who has special training in core exercises. The purpose of this class is to strengthen and stabilize the muscles needed for more efficiency during spinning class, cycling and everyday life activities. 1/2 hr spinning/ 1/2 hr
core conditioning.

| *All riders should bring a towel and water. Classes will meet in the gym. All programs have a minimum enrollment and registration is accepted on a first come first serve basis. Fees must be paid upon registration.
