Personal Training...
YMCA Trainers have been trained by the best and reflect the YMCA's mission of helping individuals reach their fullest potential. No matter where you are on the fitness spectrum, our trainers are there for you. From the athlete-in-training to the more casual health seeker. Our trainers can develop a plan that is right for you. They will assess your strengths in multiple areas and work with you to set goals that make sense and adjust the plan as you progress and be there to keep you from slipping back. Here's to your Health! Cancellations are accepted 24 hours in advance. Packages must be paid in full.
Starter Package:
4 week package at $35.00 per session. This package is meant to give you the necessary information to begin a training program. The first step in starting a fitness program. (minimum of 2 sessions per week).
Silver Package:
8 week package at $30.00 per session. This package will help you receive inspired education, specific direction and passionate encouragement to reach your fitness goals. (minimum of 2 sessions per week).
Gold Package:
12 week package at $25.00 per session. Help you achieve the permanent lifestyle change you desire and live life as a rewarding and exciting experience. (minimum of 2 sessions per week).
Premium Package:
24 week package at $20.00 per session. This is the Premium Package that will give you the maximum results. Striving to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them. (minimum of 2 sessions per week).
Single Sessions $50.00. Above prices are for Members an additional $10.00 per session for Non-Members. Pre-payment

FITNESS ADDITION....... |

We recently
expanded our fitness room by adding an additional 3,500 feet of space. The
fitness room is now very spacious, with plenty of room to workout and walk
freely. In addition, we purchased new cardio, nautilus, and free weight
equipment. The cardio-equipment now includes; 21 Precor Treadmills, 12 Precor
Ellipticals, 6 Precor Recumbent and Upright Stationary Bikes, and 4 Precor
Steppers.
The Fitness center has over 34 pieces of nautilus equipment, which
includes a 13 piece circuit set. The circuit may be utilized for 30 or 60 minute
workouts. In addition, to enhance the atmosphere we have added Cardio-Theatre
and XM Radio. Come see for yourself! You'll love the new changes! |

YOUTH FITNESS CLASS |
| |
|
This class is designed for youth ages 12 and 13 years old
who are interested in working under the guidance and supervision
of a certified trainer. Included in the training
sessions are a combination of circuit machines, free
weights, as well as a cardiovascular and flexibility component.
The class will meet on Tuesday and Friday evenings
from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Participants will only be able to
workout in the fitness center during these times while under
YMCA staff supervision.
