Cycling classes can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout -- burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. Ultimately participants determine their own levels of exertion, that is what makes cycling such a great class giving you the opportunity to crank it up or slow it down. A good instructor can certainly encourage and motivate you to push yourself, and you'll most likely find cycling to be a vigorous workout. It's a decent way to stay in shape when you can't get outside on the bike.

All programs have a minimum enrollment and registration is accepted on a first come first serve basis. Fees must be paid upon registration. A pro-rated credit may be issued during the 1st week of class only. Credits may only be processed through the Office Manager. Make-up classes are only for classes canceled by YMCA. No refunds of any kind will be given. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Classes fill up fast.

All riders should bring a towel and water. Classes meet in the Cycling Room, located by the Aerobics Room and specifically utilized for our Cycling classes!
