SWIM CLASS

Participants spend the entire time in the pool for this 7 week program. Participants are water tested and divided into groups on the first day. Part of the time is spent with swim instruction, and the other part of time is free swim.

EVENING JAM
This program concentrates on conditioning, flexibility and muscle toning. Water creates resistance against the muscles & takes the shock off the legs & body. Classes are 45 minutes in length, seven (7) week sessions as follows.

 AQUA-FIT...
 
This program is designed for both the swimmer and non-swimmer. The main focus is flexibility, muscle toning, and overall conditioning–utilizing a wide variety of exercises and equipment. Classes will be held in both shallow and deep water.

 DEEP WATER WORKS
 
Depending on individual effort level this can be a high-low intensity level class, designed for both swimmers and non-swimmers. Floatation devices are utilized to provide a constant core workout, while also focusing on back muscles. Classes are on (1) hour, 7 weeks as follows:

 MUSICAL AQUASIZE
 
This program is designed for swimmers & non-swimmers looking to improve their flexibility, coordination, strengthen muscles, and increase stamina. Music is played to keep the pace going. They are one (1) hour in length, seven (7) week sessions as follows:

This program is co-sponsored by the Senior Services & Community Transit & the YMCA. A complete range of motion exercise program, it is designed for flexibility & muscle strengthening. Open to seniors 60 years of age & older.
