PERSONAL TRAINING
The YMCA's Personal Trainers are competent to address multiple market segments. Whether general conditioning, rehabilitation, or sports conditioning, we cater to your fitness needs. Maybe you just need to add a plyometric jump start to your same old routine or just need to get into a new one. Individuals are given 1 on 1 attention. Included in our training sessions are a combination of plyometric, circuit machines, and free weights (if appropriate).

Cardiovascular exercise is also an important component that receives attention as well. Sessions are one hour in length.  Fees on the right.   Also see "Fitness" for MORE programs!
